Plans and active contacts

Updated 29 September 2026

ChannelDesk is priced by active contacts: the people who message or comment in a month, each counted once however many channels they use. Every feature is on Pro. Growth and Scale are for more customers, more AI replies and a bigger team.

The plans

  • Free: 50 active contacts and 20 AI replies a month, 1 seat and 2 channels.

  • Pro, $39 / £29 / €35 a month: 3,000 active contacts, 500 AI replies, 3 seats and 3 channels.

  • Growth, $99 / £75 / €89 a month: 12,000 active contacts, 3,000 AI replies, 10 seats and 10 channels.

  • Scale, $249 / £189 / €229 a month: 40,000 active contacts, 10,000 AI replies, 25 seats and 30 channels.

Prices are in Canadian and Australian dollars too, and paying yearly gives you two months free. AI replies are Dot’s answers and the replies it drafts for you. Replies you write yourself are never counted, on any plan.

Who counts as an active contact

  • Anyone whose message or comment reaches you in the month, counted once across all your channels.

  • Not counted: spam and abusive comments, your own messages and comments, automatic email replies, and anything written before you connected a channel.

When you reach the allowance

On Free, once 50 people have written in a month, everything still arrives, but nobody can reply to anyone new (not you, Dot or a workflow) until the month resets or you upgrade. People already counted that month can still be answered. On a paid plan you can add 500 more at a time, or let them be added for you.

Every other allowance stops where it is. Past your AI replies, for example, you can still write and send replies yourself.
